Peles Castle is one of the most important historic buildings in Romania with unique character and it is therefore through its historical and artistic value, one of the most important monuments of this kind in the Europe of the second half of the nineteenth century and the famous Bran Castle to discover the legend of Count Dracula.

Transfagarasan and Hiking

Transfăgărășan is one of the most beautiful mountain roads in Romania
and even in the world. Built at a maximum altitude of 2042 m, it is also called “the road in the clouds”, and connects the historical region of Muntenia to Transilvania. The view is spectacular, and the altitude differences and the hairpin turns represent a challenge both for the cars and the drivers.
From Balea Lac, the top of the road we will take a walk, hiking to the top of the mountain to admire beautiful sights.
