PELES CASTLE
In Sinaia, visit to the Peles Castle, the summer residence of the Romanian kings, built at the desire of King Carol I of Romania (1886 – 1914).

The Peles Castle is one of the most important historical buildings in Romania, with unique features, being, due to its historical
and artistic value, one of the most important monuments of this kind in the second half of the 19th Century in Europe.

HARMAN, PREJMER,  URLATOARE waterfall and AUROCHS

Today we visit the Harman fortified churches (built around the basilica first mentioned in documents in 1240. We do not miss the opportunity to visit the corridors of the defense walls.) and Prejmer (The citadel, built in the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries around the church Prejmer, is considered the strongest peasant fortress in Medieval Transylvania. The fortified church Prejmer is Monument inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Inside, the walls are lined with refuge rooms arranged on several levels, designed to accommodate the population of the village in case of siege)
We go to lunch in nature to Vama Buzaului, after that visiting The Wailing Waterfall. (From the womb of the mountain, water streams tumble noisily in small or large circles, but always with the same sound modulations. It’s an aquatic spectacle of rare wilderness)and The Aurochs Valley Reservation

SIBIU & THE VILLAGE MUSEUM

Sibiu and its surroundings are one of the most visited areas of Romania. The historical center is one of the best preserved locations in the country. Many of the walls and fortifications are preserved in a very good shape.
The historical center is undergoing the process of being listed in the UNSECO heritage list.

The Museum of Traditional Popular Civilization – open air museum covering 96 ha of land,the ideal place for the preservation of the authentic Romanian spirit.

SIGHISOARA & BIERTAN

Sighisoara is one of the few medieval cities still inhabited in Europe and is the only one, largely preserved and inhabited in Romania. Due to its remarkable architecture, to its dominant position and to the geographical position, the city has been called “The Pearl of Trasilvania” even from the end of the 19th century.
The fortified church in Biertan was built at the beginning of the 17th century as a hall church in late gothic style. It has kept its original aspect to our days, and the interior elements represent inestimable values, whose story goes back centuries. (open from April 1st to October 31st).

TRANSFAGARASAN

Transfăgărășan is one of the most beautiful mountain roads in Romania and even in the world. Built at a maximum altitude of 2042 m,
it is also called “the road in the clouds”, and connects the historical region of Muntenia to Transilvania
The view is spectacular, and the altitude differences and the hairpin turns represent a challenge both for the cars and the drivers.

BRAN CASTLE, RÂŞNOV CITADEL & BEAR RESERVE

We start our trip with a visit to the bear reservation and then we continue with a visit to Bran Castle to discover the legend of Count Dracula.
After lunch, we visit to Rasnov Citadel, the fortified citadel from the calcareous hill to the south of Rasnov, in Brasov county,one of the best preserved fortified citadels in Transilvania

We shall admire beautiful sights that we will encounter in a unique location in Romania
